UBS 9 Hydo
The UBS power unit's mechanical power take off (PTO) drive allows it to operate more powerful attachments. The hydraulic transmission features automatic differential lock and "zero turn" powered steering on the Hydro. These machines can operate heavier duty pedestrian equipment with less operator fatigue.
The Kersten Quick-Attach70 system allows the wide range of implements to be changed in seconds. Various tyre options may be added to suit the application.

On the right is the UBS 9 Hydro. Ideal for mowing grass crops for conservation purposes. The UBS 9 Hydro with a KRM 82 Drum Mower cuts the long standing grass once at the bottom cleanly and it falls in to a row or swarth with the complete stem undamaged. The grass can then be spread for drying in the sun prior to being collected (harvested) for hay or just cleared.

Sometimes used for wild flower meadows. The material is dried on the ground in the sun to the extent where the seeds have ripened and drop from the stem, the stems are then collected from the ground. This is done later in the year when the seeds are about to drop or have dropped.
